Questions installers ask first

Do you submit to the DNO for us?

No. PermitGrid prepares and evidence-checks the paperwork. Your authorised installer or qualified engineer reviews, signs where required and submits.

Is the 48-hour turnaround guaranteed?

No. It is an early-access target once the required evidence is complete, payment has cleared and qualified reviewer capacity is confirmed.

Can you work white-label?

Yes. We can operate as the paperwork desk behind your installer relationship while keeping the responsibilities and reviewer gate explicit.

What does it cost?

A single pre-check is £495, a full commercial EV pack is £950 and multi-charger or complex work starts from £1,500. Scope is confirmed before paid work begins.
